Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and guidance for fleet vehicles.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
- Coordinate with workshops, technicians, and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
- Analyze breakdown reports and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Maintain technical records, service history, and repair documentation.
- Support fleet teams in reducing downtime and improving vehicle performance.
- Assist in training technicians on technical processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, automotive service, or vehicle maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair processes, and maintenance practices.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management systems is preferred.
