ROLE: Project Manager (Full House Interiors)
Job Summary
Flow Interio is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential full-house interior projects from project handover to final completion. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality control, vendor coordination, client management, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion. Monitor site progress and resolve execution-related issues. Coordinate with designers, vendors, supervisors, and installation teams.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during execution. Conduct regular site meetings and provide project updates. Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Vendor & Material Coordination Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material delivery. Track material consumption and prevent wastage. Ensure availability of materials as per project timelines.
- Quality & Safety Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Conduct quality inspections at various stages of execution. Ensure adherence to safety standards at project sites.
- Cost & Reporting Monitor project costs and report budget deviations. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Maintain project documentation, measurement records, and closure reports.
- Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in residential interior fit-outs or full-house interior projects. Strong understanding of modular furniture, civil works, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing works. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
