Architect Nation is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Draftsperson to join our Thiruvananthapuram studio to translate complex design concepts into detailed, actionable blueprints and technical drawings for commercial galleries, residential spaces, and large-scale resort developments.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of at least 3 years in architectural drafting, be highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and possess a strong understanding of structural design, construction methodologies, and Kerala building codes.
Your core responsibilities will include translating design concepts into highly accurate 2D CAD layouts, preparing comprehensive Good For Construction (GFC) sets, and drafting permit documentation in strict adherence to the Kerala Municipal Building Rules (KMBR). Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating structural and MEP details into architectural master files, executing prompt drawing revisions, and maintaining a well-organized, standardized CAD library to support our studio's projects.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
