As a Business Development Executive - Telesales, you will be responsible for driving the company’s sales efforts through outbound calls, telemarketing campaigns, and client relationship management. Your role will involve generating leads, qualifying prospects, delivering compelling sales pitches, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and execute telesales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Identify and target potential markets and customer segments to drive telesales campaigns and initiatives.
2. Lead Generation and Qualification
- Generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and other telemarketing activities.
- Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, budget, and potential for purchase to ensure high-quality prospects.
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and consistently follow up with them to move through the sales process.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers by maintaining regular communication and providing consistent follow-up.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend tailored solutions that best meet their requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and ensure repeat business.
4. Product Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, services, and value propositions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Stay updated with the latest product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings to ensure a competitive edge in sales discussions.
5. Sales Pitch and Presentation
- Develop and deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches to prospects over the phone.
- Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the company’s offerings and highlight their benefits and features.
6. Objection Handling and Negotiation
- Handle customer objections confidently, addressing concerns and offering solutions that overcome barriers to purchase.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and packages with customers to close sales while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the company.
7. Sales Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of telesales campaigns and individual efforts.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress toward sales targets.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and lead statuses in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer data is recorded properly, maintaining data integrity and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align telesales activities with broader business objectives.
