Core Competency Training & Services Pvt Ltd is hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate with 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, and Client Handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn & networking
- Client meetings, presentations & deal closures
- Build and maintain B2B client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records
- Market research and competitor analysis
Required Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development
- Knowledge of CRM tools & MS Office
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred:
Candidates from E-learning, EdTech, IT Software, SaaS, or Hospitality industry preferred.
Qualification: MBA / PGDM / BBA (Marketing)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Work Location: Gurugram (On-site) | Monday -Friday
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
