Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate business opportunities, meet prospective customers, and increase sales of furniture, mattresses, modular furniture, and interior solutions. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, customer interactions, lead generation, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential apartments, gated communities, builders, architects, interior designers, and corporate offices to generate leads.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Promote furniture, mattresses, modular furniture, and interior solutions.
- Meet customers, understand their requirements, and explain product offerings.
- Schedule showroom visits and site inspections for interested customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into sales.
- Build strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and channel partners.
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Submit daily visit reports and lead status updates.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / Graduate (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, furniture, interiors, real estate, or related industries.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM applications.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
