Job Description:
S&M Tech is looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executives to generate new business opportunities. You will promote S&M Tech's services and selected client projects, meet prospective clients, and manage end-to-end sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients and present S&M Tech's services and selected client projects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Conduct 4–6 face-to-face (F2F) client meetings daily.
- Follow up with prospects to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Submit daily visit reports and activity updates.
- Distribute pamphlets and promotional materials.
- Participate in outdoor promotional campaigns.
- Achieve weekly, fortnightly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility:
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates who have completed 10th/12th Pass, Diploma, Any Degree, or have relevant sales experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for client meetings.
- A two-wheeler and smartphone are preferred.
