The role involves reading 2D AutoCAD/architectural drawings, taking measurements, understanding construction drawings and preparing accurate estimates for international projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Reading and Interpreting 2D AutoCAD Plans: Analyze architectural drawings to extract data and measurements essential for cost estimation and project planning
- Process Management: Efficiently manage orders and jobs through our online system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Manufacturing Software: Accurately processing jobs within the customer's software to enable manufacturing.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal and external teams to identify gaps, resolve issues, and optimize project outcomes.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication in English, both orally and in writing, to ensure seamless collaboration with global teams.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must have
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related qualification
- Around 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to read and understand 2D AutoCAD drawings
- Good understanding of civil/architectural drawings
- Experience with quantity measurement/takeoff or estimation
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Good attention to detail
- Good English communication
- Willingness to learn new software/processes
Good to have
- Quantity surveying experience
- Interior fitout experience
- Australian construction experience
- Adobe measurement experience
- Cabinetry/kitchen/interior experience
