About the Role
We are looking for an experienced MEPF Engineer to lead the design coordination, execution, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems for residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent coordination skills, and hands-on site execution experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting (MEPF) systems.
- Prepare and review MEPF drawings, layouts, BOQs, technical specifications, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, interior designers, and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of MEPF services.
- Supervise on-site MEPF installation activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Review contractor submissions, material approvals, and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and monitor project progress.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of MEPF systems.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports.
- Monitor project timelines, material availability, and vendor performance.
- Assist in value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in MEPF design and site execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and interior fit-out projects is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Working knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with NBC, IS Codes, Fire & Safety norms, and relevant MEP standards.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and vendor coordination capabilities.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
