We are looking for an Operations Executive who can take ownership of client operations, support teams, solve problems, and help improve processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into operations management and client handling.
What You Will Do
- Manage daily operations for assigned client accounts
- Monitor performance metrics like SLA, quality, productivity, and response time
- Coordinate with clients and share operational updates
- Handle operational queries and escalations
- Support customer support teams and ensure smooth execution
- Track team performance and process adherence
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Work with internal teams on automation and operational improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Operations, BPO, Customer Success, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working with reports, data, and operational metrics
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Interakt, Shopify, or Google Sheets is a plus
