Job Description:
To develop innovative powder based products through drying (Spray, Tray and drum) and spray drying technology including fruits and vegetables powder, Spice blending & seasoning, dry premixes for commercial application.
Key responsibilities:
· Develop spray-dried fruit, vegetable and specialty powders.
· Develop spice powders, masala blends and seasoning systems.
· Optimize spray drying parameters for yield, moisture and quality.
· Improve aroma retention, color and powder flowability.
· Conduct pilot and production trials.
· Troubleshoot caking, sticking, moisture and blending issues.
· Prepare specifications, SOPs and trial reports.
· Coordinate with QA, Production and Procurement teams.

Candidate Profile
- Education: B.tech/M.Tech in food technology, Food engineering OR any relevant science degree with hands-on experience in Drying (Spray drying, tray drying, Drum drying) & spice processing
