Business Development Associate – Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate at Adstra Digital, you will play a key role in driving client engagement and supporting the growth of our premium services.
Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Initiate calls, emails, and digital communication to connect with potential clients.
- Client Visits: Meet clients in person to present our services, understand their requirements, and build strong relationships.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of Adstra Digital during client interactions, showcasing professionalism and transparency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and technical teams to align client needs with project execution.
- Reporting: Maintain clear records of client interactions, progress updates, and feedback for management review.
