Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts for machine sales, spare parts, service and workshop operations.
- Monitor customer outstanding, dealer receivables and vendor payments.
- Prepare MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet and other financial statements.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and OEM/dealership finance teams.
- Verify invoices, expenses, credit notes and debit notes.
- Monitor inventory accounting and reconciliation of machines, spare parts and consumables.
- Support budgeting, cost control and financial analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP / SAP and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Strong accounting and reconciliation skills.
- Knowledge of automobile / earthmoving equipment dealership accounting will be preferred.
- Good analytical, communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Com / M.Com
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience in automobile, construction equipment, heavy machinery or dealership environment preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
