Reporting To: Senior Executive / Telecalling Manager
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell Swadeshi’s range of Ayurvedic products to customers across India.
- Explain product benefits, usage instructions, and offers to customers.
- Handle order placement, payment guidance, and post-sale support.
- Maintain daily call logs and update customer records.
- Follow up on customer queries and repeat orders.
- Work closely with the senior executive to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Ayurveda product telecalling/sales (mandatory).
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English understanding.
- Knowledge of common Ayurveda and wellness products like chyawanprash, herbal oils, powders, etc.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, order entry platforms, etc.)
Preferred Qualities:
- Convincing attitude and customer-first approach.
- Punctual, sincere, and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of natural health and wellness trends.
