Designed as a "nature-first" sanctuary, the club serves as an exclusive destination for corporate strategy sessions, leadership retreats, and high-end social gatherings. We blend the tranquility of nature with the operational precision of a world-class experiential marketing leader.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive, versatile Club Manager to serve as the face and heart of Club Utsav. Based on-site in Billa, you will bridge the gap between high-level community building and meticulous estate management. This role requires a professional who takes personal pride in maintaining a premium property while successfully onboarding elite member organizations.
Key Responsibilities1. Membership Growth & Business Development
- Curate Community: Identify and onboard high-value partners, focusing on corporate leadership teams, professional associations (Doctors, Lawyers, Architects), and luxury social clubs.
- Strategic Outreach: Conduct outreach across the tri-city area (Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali) to drive interest in the retreat.
- Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with luxury event and wedding planners seeking a bespoke nature backdrop.
2. Operations & Property Stewardship
- On-Site Hosting: Act as the primary host for all member visits, providing a high-touch, personalized guest experience.
- Estate Maintenance: Oversee the daily upkeep of the grounds and facilities. Ensure the property consistently meets "natural luxury" standards—manicured, spotless, and fully functional.
- Staff Leadership: Manage and supervise local security, gardening, and housekeeping teams to ensure operational excellence.
3. Relationship & Logistics Management
- Site Inspections: Lead property tours for decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Inventory & Calendar: Manage the booking calendar and coordinate logistics to ensure seamless execution of all retreats and events.
- Retention: Foster long-term relationships with existing members to ensure high satisfaction and repeat bookings.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Proven track record in boutique hospitality, club management, or luxury relationship management.
- Location: Ideally a resident of the Chandigarh/Panchkula region with a reliable means of transport for the commute to Billa.
- Skill Set: A rare blend of corporate communication skills (for boardroom presentations) and a hands-on approach to property management.
- Mindset: An appreciation for "nature-luxury" and an obsessive eye for detail.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Enrollment: Achieving a target of 25–30 active member organizations.
- Retention: Maintaining high member satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Pristine Standards: Ensuring the estate remains in peak condition at all times.
