Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Testing Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of testing concepts and the ability to train students effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite training sessions on Software Testing (Manual & Automation)
- Cover topics such as SDLC, STLC, Test Case Design, Bug Life Cycle, Regression Testing, and Agile Methodologies
- Provide training on automation tools like Selenium (preferred)
- Deliver hands-on sessions with real-time projects and case studies
- Guide students in assignments, projects, and practical implementation
- Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide feedback
- Ensure timely completion of the curriculum
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing
- Experience with tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar frameworks
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage classroom sessions effectively
Experience:
- 1–5+ years of relevant experience in Software Testing or training
