Commis II assists in basic food preparation and supports senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations. The role focuses on learning, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring timely preparation of ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cutting, chopping, marinating, and basic cooking tasks.
- Prepare mise en place as instructed by senior chefs.
- Follow standard recipes and portion control guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen area.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines).
- Support the team during busy service hours.
- Report any issues related to stock or quality to senior chefs.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
