Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations unlock value from enterprise platforms and digital technologies across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As an SAP BRIM Functional Senior Consultant, you will work with clients to design and deliver scalable quote-to-cash solutions that support complex billing, charging, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
In this role, you will bring functional knowledge of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) to help clients align business requirements with technology solutions, improve process efficiency, and support large-scale transformation programs. Working across business and technology teams, you will help drive solution design, configuration, and delivery that enables sustainable outcomes and long-term value.
Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Sr Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead functional design, configuration, and delivery activities for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
- Conduct fit-gap, As-Is, and To-Be workshops and translate business requirements into scalable SAP BRIM solution designs.
- Configure and support capabilities across Sales Order Management (SOM), SAP Convergent Charging (CC), and SAP Convergent Invoicing and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (CI-FICA), including integration with SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, defect analysis, and deployment documentation to support quality delivery and production readiness.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support estimation, testing, training, issue resolution, and mentoring of junior team members.

Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 6-10 years of experience in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) implementation, enhancement, or support
- Experience performing fit-gap analysis and translating business requirements into SAP BRIM solution designs
- Hands-on configuration experience in Sales Order Management (SOM), SAP Convergent Charging (CC), and SAP Convergent Invoicing and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (CI-FICA), including integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Experience managing order and contract processes, master and transaction data, product catalog configuration, and pricing plan setup
- Experience with billable item management, consumption item management, CI billing, invoicing, posting areas, rating, or partner settlement
- Experience with reconciliation key handling, FICA-general ledger transfer, and FQ-Event mapping
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university
Preferred:
- Experience in capital-intensive industries or customer-based industries
- Experience defining requirements, conducting risk analysis, and supporting user testing and training
- Experience using SAP administration tools and cockpit utilities for system management
- Experience with SAP Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), SAP Sales and Distribution, or SAP Mediation Zone
- Experience preparing project estimates, proof of concepts, or delivery plans for SAP BRIM programs
- Experience supporting business and information technology transformation using SAP standard processes
