Job Brief
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing our multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1.Campaign Strategy & Planning: Weekly/Monthly Planning.
Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising to meet company growth targets.
2.Content Creation & Channel Management: Daily Execution.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email newsletters, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
3.Paid Advertising & Optimization: Budget Management.
Launch, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Run ongoing A/B tests on ad copy, imagery, and landing pages to lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
4.Analytics & Performance Reporting: Continuous Improvement.
Track daily and monthly KPIs like Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics. Translate raw data into actionable insights for the executive team.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills & Tools
- Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, or similar web analytics software.
- SEO/SEM: Hands-on experience with tools for keyword research and organic growth tracking.
- Paid Media: Experience setting up and optimizing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- CRM & Email: Familiarity with email automation platforms
- Web Basics: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress or Web flow is a strong plus.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (crucial for copywriting).
- Strong analytical thinking with a mindset focused on ROI.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing algorithms and digital trends.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing
- Preferred: Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
