Senior Technical Research Engineer
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on expertise, publications, and output)
Location: Gandhipuram, Coimbatore

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Research Engineer with strong academic writing and research experience to independently handle AI/ML and Computer Science research projects.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing research papers, thesis documentation, technical reports, publication activities, and mentoring junior researchers.
This position requires independent ownership of research writing assignments and the ability to convert technical concepts into publication-ready content.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently write and review research papers
- Prepare and structure thesis chapters
- Conduct systematic literature reviews
- Analyze research gaps and formulate contributions
- Convert technical implementations into publication-ready manuscripts
- Prepare review papers and survey articles
- Mentor junior research engineers
- Ensure quality, clarity, and academic compliance
- Support journal submission and revision processes
Eligibility Education
- M.E / M.Tech
- PhD
- B.E./B.Tech graduates with 2 years exerience can also apply based on relevant experience nly
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of research writing experience
- Demonstrated experience in journal paper or thesis preparation
Required Skills
- Strong academic writing ability
- Experience with research paper preparation
- Experience with thesis writing and documentation
- Strong literature review and reference management skills
- Understanding of publication standards
- Ability to independently handle research assignments
- Strong technical English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with any of the following will receive preference:
- Published papers in Scopus or SCI journals
- Experience handling thesis documentation
- Experience mentoring junior researchers
- Exposure to AI/ML, Computer Vision, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related Computer Science domains
