Job Summary
The AC & Refrigerator Supervisor will be responsible for visiting restaurant outlets and ensuring that all air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, chillers, and cold storage equipment are working properly. The role involves regular inspections, coordinating repairs, and ensuring smooth operation of all cooling equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Visit restaurant outlets regularly to inspect AC and refrigeration equipment.

Check the working condition of air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, chillers, and cold rooms.

Identify maintenance issues and arrange timely repairs.

Coordinate with technicians and service vendors for breakdowns and servicing.

Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule.

Monitor equipment performance and report any major issues to management.

Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Follow up on pending maintenance work and ensure timely completion.

Support outlet teams in resolving AC and refrigeration-related concerns.

Ensure all cooling equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Travel between restaurant locations in Hyderabad and Bangalore as required.
Requirements.

Experience in AC and refrigeration maintenance.

Well experience in monitoring refrigerators, freezers, and cold storage equipment.

Good troubleshooting and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel regularly between restaurant outlets.
