We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our two-wheeler service workshop. The Service Advisor will be responsible for handling customer interactions, understanding vehicle service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery with high customer satisfaction.
The Service Advisor will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers at the vehicle receiving area and understand their service and repair requirements.
- Prepare service estimates and explain repair recommendations to customers.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely updates.
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop services when required.
- Monitor vehicle service progress and follow up with the workshop team.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as committed to customers.
- Manage workshop flow and optimize service capacity utilization.
- Maintain AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) customer records and follow-ups.
- Focus on maximizing same-day vehicle delivery and smooth workshop operations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
