Role Description
South City International School is inviting applications from passionate, experienced, and dynamic education leaders for the position of Vice Principal.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in planning, implementing, and monitoring the academic programme.
- Ensure effective curriculum delivery and high academic standards.
- Monitor lesson planning, classroom teaching, assessments, and student performance.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyse academic results and recommend improvement strategies.
- Mentor, guide, and support and supervise teachers to enhance instructional effectiveness.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to the school's code of conduct.
- Address student behavioural and academic concerns.
- Promote student well-being, safety, and holistic development.
- Coordinate interventions for students requiring academic or behavioural support.
- Support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school.
- Oversee timetables, substitutions, examinations, and academic schedules.
- Coordinate assemblies, events, competitions, and special programmes.
- Ensure effective implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, orientations, and school events.
- Address parent concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with Board regulations, statutory requirements, and school policies.
- Support inspections, audits, and accreditation processes.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure effective communication and operations.
- Support the Principal in achieving the school's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Lead assigned committees and institutional initiatives.

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in any discipline with B.Ed. (Mandatory)
Experience
- 10–15 years of teaching experience, including a minimum of 3 years as Vice Principal in a reputed school.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
