Position: Digital Product Manager (Scrum / Agile)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong Agile expertise, product management skills, stakeholder engagement, and sufficient technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and deliver high-impact digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product vision, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and user story management using Jira or Azure Boards.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Define and track product success metrics, KPIs, and business outcomes.
- Conduct product discovery activities, including user journey mapping, requirements gathering, wireframing, and market analysis.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, leveraging knowledge of APIs, cloud technologies, and CI/CD practices to drive informed decision-making.
- Monitor and optimize Agile delivery performance using metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and release planning.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release readiness, and sign-off processes.
- Work effectively with distributed teams, including onshore, offshore, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful product delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Certification as a Scrum Master or Product Owner (PSM, CSM, PSPO, CSPO preferred).
- Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze and interpret Agile delivery metrics, including velocity, burndown, cycle time, and release forecasts.
- Experience with product discovery techniques, user journey mapping, wireframing tools such as Figma, and analytics-driven decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across business, technology, risk, and compliance functions.
- Experience facilitating UAT, release planning, and production rollouts.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
