Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations.
Develop 2D drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction plans.
Create 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations.
Conduct site measurements and site visits as required.
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and design documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
Monitor project execution to ensure design quality and compliance.
Suggest innovative design solutions while maintaining budget requirements.
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in architecture or interior design projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar software.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Salary: Best in Industry (Based on Experience & Skills)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
