Designation: Sales Manager – Heavy Industries, Cement & Mining
Purpose of the Role
Responsible for driving business growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation in the Heavy Industries, Cement, and Mining sectors by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales and revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Cement, Mining, Steel, Power, and Heavy Engineering sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, and sales MIS reports.
- Ensure timely payment collection and support account receivable management.
- Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings to promote company products and services.
- Support new product introductions and market expansion initiatives.Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–10 years of sales experience in Heavy Industries, Cement, Mining, Construction Equipment, Material Handling, or Industrial Products.
- Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and project-based selling.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
