We are looking for a Sales & Service Engineer to be based in Ahmedabad, with a strong interest in building a long‑term career in Sales and Service of Medical Equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for 1-2 years experienced as well for a fresher who is eager to learn and grow in the medical‑technology field.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle both sales support (customer meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations) and on‑site service (installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance) of medical equipment.
- Visit hospitals, laboratories and diagnostic centers in and around Ahmedabad and nearby cities.
- Provide technical explanations to customers, understand their requirements, and coordinate with the company for quotations and follow‑ups.
- Maintain service records, customer feedback, and warranty claims.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or diploma holder in Electronics / Electrical / Biomedical / Instrumentation / Mechanical (or related engineering field).
- Own two‑wheeler with valid licence; ability & willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby towns.
- Energetic, Sincere, and Self‑Motivated with a strong interest in sales and service.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact confidently with doctors, technicians, and hospital staff.
