About the Role: Are You the One?
As a Customer Success QA Analyst, you’ll be the gatekeeper of quality in our customer
interactions. You’ll audit support tickets and call recordings to ensure our Customer Success Representatives (CSRs) are delivering top-notch service that aligns with Houzeo’s mission of excellence.
✅ Audit calls and support tickets to assess CSR communication, issue resolution, and
compliance.
✅ Identify opportunities for improvement and drive actionable feedback.
✅ Collaborate with team leads to enhance training and performance standards.
✅ Contribute to refining our customer experience with detailed, data-backed insights.

✅ Actively listen to and evaluate customer calls for service quality and effectiveness.
✅ Review support tickets for communication clarity, empathy, and policy adherence.
✅ Spot areas where knowledge gaps or communication issues arise.
✅ Document observations and suggest actionable improvements.
✅ Support the training team by sharing QA insights for continuous skill development.
✅ Stay current on Houzeo’s product offerings and service guidelines.
What You Bring
1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance or a customer support role.
Strong analytical skills and a sharp attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Active listening skills and the ability to extract key insights from conversations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM platforms (a plus).
A passion for quality, customer success, and improvement.
Nice to Haves
Experience in real estate, tech support, or SaaS environments.
Familiarity with QA dashboards, metrics, and calibration sessions.
A proactive mindset to identify trends and recommend scalable solutions.
