Role Objective
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead and scale our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social strategy, content planning, community engagement, and performance-driven campaigns. This role requires a strong balance of creativity and analytics, with the ability to drive brand visibility, engagement, and traffic-led growth. The candidate will work closely with Product, CRM, Design, Performance Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver consistent and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Plan and publish content aligned with offers, travel seasons, routes & festivals
- Drive traffic and assisted conversions from social platforms
- Manage community engagement, DMs, and brand reputation
- Execute influencer & creator collaborations
- Track performance, insights, and optimise content & campaigns
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, Performance & Customer Support teams
Must-Have:
- Strong understanding of social algorithms & trends
- Hands-on Meta & YouTube experience
- Data-driven, creative mindset
- Experience with high-volume consumer brands
- Travel / OTA experience (Good to have)
