Purpose of the role
The Digital and Technology India, is seeking a D&T Manager, AIA Activation to join the AI and Automation team. The AIA Activation team serves as the bridge between identifying AI usecases to enabling value through business adoption.
This role is a people-manager and player-coach role responsible for leading the AIA Activation team to execute prioritized AI and automation use cases, drive adoption, and support measurable business outcomes. The role partners closely
with business stakeholders, D&T teams, and the global AIA activation team to shape Agentic AI activation plans, support business in curating agentic ai usecase roadmap, rollout readiness, drive measurable value realization, and ensure AI solutions are adoptedin a responsible, scalable, and business-led way.
Key Accountabilities

Coach, guide, and develop members of the AIA Activation team by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and strengthening team capabilities in AI activation, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence.

Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and D&T partners to identify, shape, and activate high-value Agentic AI use cases that address business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.

Champion adoption of agentic AI, generative AI, and automation capabilities by helping teams understand where these tools can create value
and how to apply them effectively in business workflows. -
Work closely with the global AIA activation team and the broader Agentic AI office to align on priorities, share learnings, and ensure consistency in ways of working.

Contribute to development of best practices, playbooks, enablement assets, KPIs, and operating processes that strengthen activation capabilities across the Agentic AI office.

Partner across DnA capabilities such as Data Architecture & Engineering, Guided Analytics, and enterprise digital teams to enable scalable, business-led, data-fueled, and tech-enabled solutions.

Monitor adoption, usage, performance, and user feedback for deployed capabilities, and help drive iterations that improve business impact and user experience over time.

Ensure activation work follows established responsible AI, governance, risk, and documentation practices in partnership with the relevant teams.

Foster a culture of experimentation, practical learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
Must have skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s in technology / Bachelors in Science in a related field is required; Preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Applied Math or related fields with quantitative training

Working knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, documentation expectations, and production monitoring disciplines.

Ability to operate effectively in an environment with global partners and cross-functional D&T teams.

Experience with GenAI and LLM-enabled workflows is preferred.
