Patient Monitoring & Care: Conduct routine morning and evening ward rounds, evaluate vital signs, and assess new patient admissions.Emergency Response: Provide first-line resuscitation, handle acute medical emergencies, and stabilize patients before consultant escalation.
Clinical Procedures: Perform minor clinical tasks (drawing blood, starting IV lines, inserting catheters) and assist senior consultants during complex procedures.
Documentation & Coordination: Maintain detailed patient records, prepare discharge summaries, and coordinate patient care plans with nursing teams.
Qualifications & SkillsEducation: BAMS, BHMS,or equivalent medical degree with a valid state medical registration license.
Experience: Typically 0–5+ years in hospital wards, ICUs, or emergency departments.Skills: Strong clinical judgment, ability to manage situations handle and quick decision-making.
