Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial construction projects? We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the development of a Multi-Storey Commercial Shopping Complex with Multiple Basements at Murali Nagar, Visakhapatnam.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the project from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve site-related challenges.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide regular project progress reports.
- Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and successful project handover.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within timelines and budget.
