Key Responsibilities
- Perform X-ray examinations as prescribed by physicians.
- Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures.
- Operate and maintain X-ray equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ensure radiation protection measures are followed for patients, staff, and self.
- Verify patient identity and explain procedures to patients.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images with minimal repeat exposures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Coordinate with radiologists and clinicians for timely reporting.
- Perform routine quality checks and report equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control practices in the imaging department.
- Comply with hospital policies, NABH guidelines, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Radiography / Medical Imaging Technology.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Paramedical Council (if required).
- Certification in radiation safety is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years
- Prior hospital or diagnostic center experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
