Role Objective:
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for the agency by leveraging
strong industry relationships, strategic sales capabilities, and deep understanding of
integrated marketing solutions across Digital, Performance, ATL, BTL, Activations,
Branding, Production, and Media.
Key Responsibilities
A. Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Generate new business opportunities across:
o Digital Marketing
o Performance Marketing
o ATL Campaigns
o BTL & Activations
o Branding & Production
o Social Media & Influencer Marketing
o Exhibitions & Events
B. Client Relationship Management:
- Leverage existing client base and industry relationships for business growth
- Build strong relationships with:
o Marketing Heads
o Brand Teams
o Founders & CXOs
o Procurement Teams
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with clients
C. Strategic Pitching & Solution Selling:
- Understand client business objectives and convert them into integrated
marketing solutions
- Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, digital, and production teams for
pitch development
- Present proposals, campaigns, and integrated solutions confidently
- Lead commercial negotiations and closure discussions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
D. Market & Industry Understanding

- Ability to work across multiple industries and categories
Preferred Candidate Profile:
4–7 years of experience in Business Development within an Advertising,
Digital, Activation, or Integrated Marketing Agency
- Strong existing client network and relationship capital preferred
- Proven track record in agency sales and client acquisition
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing ecosystem
- Experience handling clients across multiple industries is a must
