At Skills For Us, we are committed to helping students make informed career choices through personalised guidance and career awareness initiatives. We are looking for passionate Career Counsellors who are eager to make a meaningful impact in students' lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct career guidance sessions for students from primary to senior secondary levels.
- Deliver career awareness workshops and one-on-one counselling sessions.
- Guide students on subject selection, career pathways, and higher education opportunities.
- Interpret career assessments and maintain counselling records.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools and educational partners.
Requirements
- Postgraduate in Psychology, Education, Management, Human Development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong presentation, counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for student development are encouraged to apply.
