RoboCodeVeda is an innovative STEM, Robotics, AI, Coding, and Drone Education company working with schools across Gujarat. We aim to inspire students through technology and innovation while creating engaging educational experiences.
We are looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence across all major social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning content, designing graphics, editing videos, managing social media calendars, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and supporting marketing activities to increase our brand visibility.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, education, branding, and digital marketing.
Social Media Management
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
- Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts consistently.
- Monitor account performance and engagement.
- Research trending topics and educational content ideas.
Graphic Designing
- Design social media creatives using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.
- Create posters, banners, event promotions, advertisements, and educational content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Video Production
- Shoot short promotional videos during workshops, school events, and training sessions.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Create engaging educational content for social media.
Marketing & Branding
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Promote workshops, courses, events, and new products.
- Assist with paid social media campaigns (preferred).
- Build brand awareness through creative marketing strategies.
Customer Engagement
- Respond professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries across all social media platforms.
- Handle WhatsApp business inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication.
Appointment Management
- Schedule meetings with schools, parents, and clients.
- Coordinate appointments with the management team.
- Maintain an appointment calendar and reminders.
Content Writing
- Write engaging captions and promotional content.
- Prepare event announcements, newsletters, and campaign copy.
- Ensure all content aligns with RoboCodeVeda's brand voice.
Performance Tracking
- Prepare monthly reports on social media performance.
- Track engagement, reach, followers, and campaign effectiveness.
- Suggest improvements based on analytics.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in social media management is preferred.
