Job Description:
We are hiring a sales counselor with experience in sales or face-to-face client interaction, preferably in the wellness and skin industry. Selected candidates will undergo 5-7 days of unpaid training in Chandigarh to understand company services, sales strategies, and client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities and handle client consultations
- Perform face-to-face sales and explain company services to clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch revenue
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain sales records
- Coordinate with the team for smooth service delivery
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Experience in sales or face-to-face selling preferred
- Knowledge or background in wellness / skin industry is an advantage
- Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Willing to attend 5–7 days training in Chandigarh
