Senior Horticulturist – Real Estate
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Horticulturist from the real estate industry to lead landscaping, plantation, and horticulture activities across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and maintain landscapes, gardens, and green spaces.
- Manage plantation, irrigation, seasonal flowering, and tree maintenance.
- Supervise horticulture teams, contractors, and landscaping vendors.
- Ensure high standards of landscape quality, aesthetics, and plant health.
- Prepare landscaping budgets and monitor costs.
- Coordinate with project, civil, and maintenance teams for timely execution.
- Implement sustainable landscaping practices and water conservation measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Horticulture or Agriculture.
- 8–12 years of experience in horticulture for real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping, irrigation systems, plant care, and vendor management.
- Excellent planning, team management, and communication skills.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in townships, high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects. Only candidates from the real estate industry should apply.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
