- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area to keep it tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if required.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.
