About Expedition Services
Expedition Services is a specialised education placement consultancy that helps Indian students gain admission to prestigious public universities in Austria, with a primary focus on the MSc Computer Science programme at TU Graz (Graz University of Technology). We work exclusively through a trusted network of Associate Partner agents across India who identify eligible students and coordinate the application process.
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Freelance Agent Outreach Executive to join our growing team. Your core responsibility will be to identify, contact, and build relationships with education consultancy agents (study abroad agencies) across India — particularly those focused on European, Austrian, or STEM-based destinations.
This is a B2B outreach role. You will NOT be handling student admissions or visa processing. Your job is to introduce Expedition Services, explain our TU Graz partnership model, qualify interested agents, and bring them onboard as Associate Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Identification & Prospecting
- Research and build a targeted list of education consultancy agents across India (focus: Gujarat, Maharashtra, Delhi, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala)
- Identify agencies active in European / Austrian / STEM study abroad programmes
- Source leads via LinkedIn, directories, referrals, and online platforms
Outreach & Communication
- Make introductory calls and send WhatsApp / email messages to prospective agents
- Clearly communicate the Expedition Services–TU Graz MSc CS partnership and its value proposition
- Share programme brochures, eligibility criteria, and the Associate Partner Workflow document
- Follow up professionally with interested leads until conversion or clear disqualification
Agent Qualification
- Pre-qualify agents based on: geography, student pipeline, Europe/Austria experience, and willingness to sign an MOU
- Brief agents on student eligibility requirements (B.Tech / B.E. in CS/IT/ECE/EE, IELTS 7.0+, 75%+ in core subjects)
- Screen for agent intent and capacity before forwarding to the Expedition Services admissions team
Relationship Management
- Maintain regular touchpoints with onboarded agents to keep them engaged
- Share updates, FAQs, and new intake information as provided by Expedition Services
- Act as the first point of contact for agent queries before escalating to the core team
Reporting
- Maintain a weekly outreach tracker (calls made, responses, qualified leads, onboarded agents)
- Provide a brief weekly update to the Expedition Services coordinator
- Flag any agent concerns, common objections, or feedback from the field
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
1–4 years in education sales, study abroad, B2B outreach, or telecalling
Language Skills
Fluent in English + Hindi; regional languages (Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil) are a strong advantage
Sector Knowledge
Familiarity with international education, study abroad processes, or agent networks
Communication Style
Confident, professional, persuasive — able to explain a technical programme clearly to agents
Work Style
Self-starter, target-oriented, comfortable working independently from home
Tools
WhatsApp Business, Email, Excel / Google Sheets, LinkedIn basic usage

Compensation Structure
This is a freelance, performance-based role. Compensation is structured as follows:
Retainer
Small fixed monthly retainer (discussed at interview stage)
Per Qualified Agent Onboarded
Incentive paid for each new agent who signs the Associate Partner MOU
Per Confirmed Student Enrolment
Bonus triggered upon confirmed student enrolment (coordinated with agent pipeline)
Payment Cycle
Monthly — on submission of activity report and invoice
Note: Exact figures will be shared during the interview. Strong performers may be offered an expanded role or a fixed-term contract.

- Full programme training and briefing before you begin outreach
- Agent-facing brochures, eligibility guides, and the Associate Partner Workflow document
- Ready-to-use call scripts and WhatsApp message templates
- A designated Expedition Services coordinator as your internal point of contact
- Ongoing support and answers to agent queries within 2 working days
