Job Description: We are looking for an Executive – Web Support (MDA) to support customers and internal
teams by handling web applications, server-related issues, MIS reporting, and vehicle data management. The
role requires strong technical skills, coordination abilities, and willingness to work in a 24×7 environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:-
Communicate effectively with customers, branches, and internal teams for issue resolution and coordination
Provide technical support to branches and customers for server-related issues
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on a regular basis
Handle vehicle login management including creation, addition, deletion, and swapping
Support and manage multiple applications and websites used by the organization
Ensure timely resolution of issues and proper documentation
Follow standard processes and maintain service quality
Required Skills & Competencies: 1) Technically sound with computer operations
2)Good working knowledge of MS Office
3)Strong skills in Excel and report preparation
4)Professional email etiquette and written communication
5)Good interpersonal and coordination skills
6)Active team player with a positive attitude
7)Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24×7)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
