Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who can support our creative team in developing stunning visual content for corporate events — including branding, event collaterals, digital creatives, and post
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for design, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics who wants to grow in the event and experiential marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create event branding assets such as posters, backdrops, flexes, invites, mailers, and digital creatives.
- Design stage layouts, photo booths, signage, and print collaterals.
- Work closely with the conceptualization team to visualize ideas and mood boards.
- Adapt client brand guidelines into creative and innovative event visual designs.
Collaboration & Support:
- Coordinate with the creative head, project managers, and vendors for timely delivery.
- Support during live event coverage and on-ground visual needs when required.
- Stay updated with design trends, event aesthetics, and visual storytelling techniques.
Required Skills & Tools:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, coraldraw)
- Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Understanding of event visual design will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
