Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Consultant (ERP/SAP) with strong ERP fundamentals and hands-on exposure to SAP environments. The ideal candidate should have experience in solution consulting, client interactions, requirement gathering, product demonstrations, and proposal preparation. Candidates with SAP Business One and procurement/P2P process knowledge will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations.
- Gather business requirements and manage discovery discussions.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and solution documents.
- Support sales teams during client meetings and deal closures.
- Coordinate with delivery and product teams for solution alignment.
- Develop industry-specific use cases and solution approaches.
- Manage stakeholder communication and client engagement activities.
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in ERP systems with SAP/SAP Business One exposure.
- Functional consulting or implementation background.
- Understanding of Procurement, Inventory, Finance, or Operations modules.
- Experience in Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting.
- Knowledge of P2P, O2C, and ERP workflows.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with demos, client handling, and requirement gathering.
- Exposure to BRD, FRD, UAT, and functional documentation.
Good to Have
- SAP MM or SAP SD exposure.
- Experience in RFP/RFQ management.
- SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business One implementation experience.
- Cross-functional ERP knowledge.
- Understanding of manufacturing or supply chain processes.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
