## Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Primary Health Centre. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care, assist doctors in patient management, support preventive healthcare programs, and promote community health through education and outreach activities.
## Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to OPD and IPD patients.
* Assess, monitor, and document patients' health conditions.
* Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.
* Assist Medical Officers during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
* Provide first aid and emergency nursing care.
* Support maternal and child healthcare services, including antenatal and postnatal care.
* Assist in immunization and national health programs.
* Educate patients and families on disease prevention, nutrition, hygiene, and healthy lifestyle practices.
* Maintain patient records, registers, and clinical documentation accurately.
* Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed.
* Monitor and maintain medical equipment, emergency supplies, and drug inventory.
* Coordinate referrals to higher healthcare facilities when required.
* Participate in community health camps, outreach programs, and health awareness activities.
* Comply with hospital policies, nursing standards, and government healthcare guidelines.
## Qualifications
* GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
* Valid Nursing Council Registration.
* Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred.
## Experience
* 0–3 years of experience in a hospital or Primary Health Centre.
* Freshers with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
## Required Skills
* Excellent clinical and nursing skills.
* Knowledge of primary healthcare services and infection control.
* Strong communication and patient counseling abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

## Working Hours-9.30 am to 5 pm
