Hiring: SAP S/4HANA aATP Functional Consultant | Remote
We are looking for an exceptionally skilled SAP S/4HANA Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) Functional Consultant to join a major SAP S/4HANA implementation program – Aurora, supporting deployments across South Korea, Australia & New Zealand.
This is a hands-on implementation role for a true aATP SME — not an AMS/support or ticket-management position.

Working Hours
The consultant must be comfortable working across APAC time zones:
- August, September, October, February & March: IST working hours
- November, December, January, April, May & June: Korea OR Australia working hours
What We're Looking For
We are specifically looking for an aATP expert with deep hands-on implementation experience.
You should have:
- 8+ years of dedicated SAP aATP experience
- Multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation experiences
- Ideally 3+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations
- Strong hands-on configuration and solution design experience
- Experience moving from basic ATP to advanced ATP
- Strong understanding of S/4HANA aATP capabilities
- Experience in global, multi-country SAP transformation programs
Important: APO gATP migration experience is not required.
This role is not suitable for candidates whose experience is primarily AMS, production support, incident management, or ticket-based support.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP S/4HANA aATP Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead end-to-end aATP solution design and implementation
- Conduct requirements workshops and fit-gap analysis
- Translate business requirements into scalable aATP solutions
- Drive blueprinting, configuration and functional design
- Ensure alignment with global SAP template and regional business requirements
- Act as the primary aATP functional SME
Cross-Functional Integration
Work closely with:
SAP SD | MM | EWM | PP | TM | FI/CO | Master Data | Integration
Ensure aATP integrates effectively with:
- Sales orders
- Inventory and supply
- Deliveries
- Production
- Warehouse processes
- Fulfilment processes
- External planning and fulfilment systems
- CPI/integration interfaces
- WRICEF objects and enhancements
Testing, Cutover & Go-Live
- Prepare/review Functional Design Documents and configuration documentation
- Develop and review test scenarios and scripts
- Lead SIT, UAT and defect triage
- Support cutover planning and deployment readiness
- Participate in go-live and hypercare activities
- Drive issue resolution while maintaining global template integrity
Stakeholder Management
- Lead business and process workshops
- Engage senior business stakeholders and regional process owners
- Present solution options and drive functional decisions
- Coordinate with technical teams, system integrators and deployment leads
- Support multi-country rollout activities across APAC
Mandatory Skills

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is someone who can independently own the aATP workstream, engage directly with business stakeholders, make functional design decisions, configure the solution hands-on, and drive the process through design → build → testing → cutover → go-live.
We are looking for a true aATP specialist, not a general SAP SD consultant with limited aATP exposure.
