Position Overview:
As a Prompt Engineer, you will develop, refine, and optimize natural language prompts for conversational AI systems. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you ensure prompt quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt Development: Design, create, and refine prompts to get the required outcome for the business case
- Prompt Optimization: Analyze data and user feedback to improve prompt quality, relevance, and engagement metrics.
- Natural Language Understanding (NLU): Ensure prompt language aligns with underlying intent recognition models.
- Collaboration: Work with teams to integrate prompt enhancements into conversational AI systems.
- Documentation: Document prompt design principles and best practices to ensure consistency across applications.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to ensure prompt accuracy and usability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years of experience; Freshers are welcome
- Excellent English language skills and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge and experience with open source AI tools and machine learning frameworks is advantageous.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
