Service Advisor – Lap47 Performance Studio

Your Role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the workshop
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services and solutions
- Prepare job cards, estimates, and service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status and work progress
- Handle service approvals, invoicing, and vehicle delivery
- Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business
- Support workshop sales and achievement of revenue targets

Who Should Apply
- Experience in automotive service advising, customer service, sales, or workshop operations preferred
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Passion for automobiles and automotive technology
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a customer-friendly manner
- Organized, proactive, and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience in automobile workshops, dealerships, detailing studios, or service centers is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
