We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruitment Intern who is eager to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and the complete hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team in sourcing profiles from various job portals and social media networks.
- Conduct initial screening calls to check candidate availability and basic communication skills.
- Schedule interviews and line up candidates for the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate trackers and databases.
- Assist in organizing virtual or walk-in interview drives.
