Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client business requirements and provide suitable IT solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
- Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and client meetings.
- Coordinate with technical teams to design customized solutions for customers.
- Analyze customer requirements and create solution architectures.
- Support the sales team during negotiations and deal closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and address technical queries.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, project scope documents, and implementation plans.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, cloud technologies, or enterprise applications.
- Experience in proposal writing, solution design, and client interaction.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
- Ability to coordinate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing/IT) is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Software Development, ERP, CRM, Cloud, AI, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation solutions.
- Exposure to RFP, RFQ, and tender management processes.
- Understanding of project management and software development life cycle (SDLC).
