Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle the complete day-to-day administration of the site.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for all site-related activities.
- Follow up with vendors regarding materials, work progress, service schedules, and completion status.
- Take care of site measurements and verify measurements whenever required.
- Coordinate construction-related activities and support site execution work.
- Maintain all site-related documents, records, registers, and files properly.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational updates and requirements.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support staff activities.
- Monitor overall cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance activities at the site.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock requirements.
- Prepare reports, maintain attendance records, and manage basic office documentation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all daily operational activities at the site.
- Handle any additional responsibilities assigned by the management.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
